- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Users will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current period’s end at the rate applicable at that time.

- Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when purchasing a subscription to that publication.

Users can create/register or log into a pocketmags account within the app. This secures their issues in case of device loss and enables access to purchases across multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their content by logging in.

We recommend initially loading the app in a Wi-Fi enabled area to ensure all issue data is retrieved promptly. In case of loading issues beyond the splash page after installation or an update, deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store may resolve the problem.
